I'm using Ubuntu 12.10 and I'm trying to make a theme that has a rounded rectangle that cycles through different colors. I've Googled various search terms but I couldn't find anything pertaining to color cycles. If somebody could provide some pseudocode for something like this, I'd be happy. And if you want, I can add you to the splash credits in the script.
Edit: to expound, I'm trying to get an effect similar to the hue cycles full spectrum effect like Windows Movie Maker. Including mixing primary colors into secondary colors and vice versa.
