PCI pass for ubuntu 12.04 LTS with apache2.2.22

Question

Is there a way we can get the server pass PCI test running apache 2.2.22 on Ubuntu 12.04, since the version of apache 2.2.22 has a vulnerablity?

There is no real fix or patch available on the Ubuntu repositories and 2.4.2 isn't available on the Ubuntu repositories, either.
