first I want to clarify that I know how to do this with programs like kde-partitionmanager or gparted.

What I am really looking for is a easy way such as right click in dolphin on my SD Card or USB pendrive and select format drive.

I think I just can't figure out the easy way. Think about the way you would tell the non-sudo user how to format his SD-Card.
