I am seeing an error while running apt-get -f install. Can somebody help me out ..

Try removing the installation package with the following command:

sudo rm /var/cache/apt/archives/libjack-jackd2-0_1.9.8~dfsg.2-1precise1_amd64.deb

Then reload the sources list with

sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get upgrade

...and then reinstall libjack-jackd2-0.
