The best GBA emulator for Ubuntu is Mednafen, available in the Ubuntu Software Centre. It is a muli-system emulator, playing the following:

  • Neo Geo Pocket (Color)
  • WonderSwan
  • GameBoy (Color)
  • GameBoy Advance
  • Nintendo Entertainment System
  • Super Nintendo Entertainment
