How can I assign a domain created on Windows 2003 on PCs that recieve an IP address from my Ubuntu DHCP?

I have three virtual machines:

1 Windows XP, 3 NICs, internal network
1 Windows 2003, 1 NIC, internal network
1 Ubuntu Server 10.04 LTS, 1 NIC, internal network with three aliases (192.168.21.0, 192.168.22.0, and 192.168.100.0)

How could I get subnet 192.168.21.0 255.255.255.0 to be able to enter the domain that is created in Windows 2003?
