Non of my GTK3 themes are working correctly in 12.10 (they did in 12.04), the colours are a bit off and some times drop down menus look a bit strange. enter image description here As you can see from the screenshot my radiance blue is very white and has messed up drop downs, this also happens to some gtk button widgets (the stock themes are fine).

Does anyone know a fix/workaround to get them going again ?

I have experienced the same problem. Unfortunately, this is because the themes need to be recoded specifically for Gnome 3.6 due to some internal structure. I have been looking high and low for the Radiance Blue theme for Gnome 3.6 exactly for this reason (don't feel like spending time redefining the default Radiance theme). –  William Nov 14 '12 at 5:36
