My graphic on ubuntu 12.10 does not work as well as on 12.04.
After upgrade I installed driver

sudo apt-add-repository ppa:ubuntu-x-swat/x-updates
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install nvidia-current

for my Nvidia 450 GTS graphics card.

But sometimes I see slight lag on my videos played in VLC player, some of desktop and window effects are lagging, sometimes I can see an indescribable souce of pixels on my screen at the start of ubuntu and so on.
Here is screenshot of startup screen.

I feel difference between 12.04 and 12.10 in favour of former version.

Does anyone know whats wrong or what I am missing?

can you post the output from lspci -k –  Willian Girhad Oct 26 '12 at 14:11

I had a similar problem with fglrx (amd) and I had to downgrade xorg and all its dependencies to the precise version, also installed 3.2 kernel. Since it's not directly applicable to your case I can't post it as an answer. –  Willian Girhad Oct 26 '12 at 14:34
