my wireless connection is fine but when browsing web pages the first page loads and then no others. If I connect with a cable everything works fine all the time. The settings on cable and wireless are identical. I have tried changing DNS settings etc but no fix. Please help.

Just curious: does it disconnect all the other members of the network? Way back when I first installed Ubuntu (during 11.10,) I would tick off everybody else in the house when I tried to connect. :$ –  JamesTheAwesomeDude Oct 25 '12 at 22:17

Are you sure you aren't seeing pages that are cached? Clear the browser cache and make sure you are connected. –  belacqua Nov 1 '12 at 1:37
