There's a wiki to install Unity lens named unity-bliss.

  1. First download the latest lens package from the project launchpad page (by clicking on the green button to the right).

  2. Move this package to your Home folder. Right-click on it and choose "Extract here".

  3. Next open a terminal and enter the following commands:

    cd unity-lens-bliss-0.1.3

    ./configure –prefix=/usr –sysconfdir=/etc

    make

    sudo make install

I have to install libapp-options-perl first, to make -prefix possible and have to get ./configure alone, without the rest of point 2.

And then, the system can't find the data (with the order –prefix=/usr or –prefix=/usr/home or –prefix=/usr/local).

After I make point one, the terminal gives this info:

    Prefix : /usr/local

What's going on?

Edit: I did

1) cd unity-lens-bliss-0.1.3

2) ./configure

3) sudo make install

And it looks like the install gets good, I replace Unity, and it's not working.
