I recently installed Ubuntu 12.10 on my Latitude e4300 laptop. The video card was not recognized as it should be, and for solving this problem I installed some drivers found on the internet but now I have some graphical artifacts: when I'm trying to display some 3d animations the image flickers.

How Can I fix this problem?

i installed some Xorg drivers from a repository i don't know right now. The ideea is: can someone give me a repository with the propper drivers or a .deb package? –  Vlad Vesa Oct 24 '12 at 10:34
You should not need any external drivers. What made you think the GPU had not been properly recognised? –  mikewhatever Dec 7 '13 at 6:48
