I have been trying forever to set a video wall using 12 monitors. I can get it all to be one display, but I want to be able to hit the full screen button and have it span across all monitors, not just one. I am running 10.04, have 2 ATI Radeon HD 6870 X2 graphics cards. The 12 monitor set up is 4x3. I have set up the AMD Catalyst center, and have looked at the xorg.conf file. I just dont know how to make applications run full screen across all monitors. Any help would be appreciated.

I REALLY recommend updating to 12.10 for this. The support for multiple monitors is much MUCH better than 10.04. – Luis Alvarado Oct 22 '12 at 3:27
