Ask Ubuntu is a question and answer site for Ubuntu users and developers. It's 100% free, no registration required.

I was trying to install Ubuntu 64 bit 12.04 OS in my PC. But the boot screen got stuck every time. Right now am using windows 8 and 7 in another laptop.

They are working fine, I have made a usb stick with Windows 7 too, and it's loading the file as usual, I tried to install Ubuntu ( with the help of the universal usb installer ) it's again stuck at the boot.

I need help on this issue.
