I was thinking about buying a new computer, but, as I read on another question, it seems to not be so compatible, so I found another desktop by Dell, the inspiron 660 MT, with a NVIDIA GT 640 (I think that NVIDIA supports Linux better than AMD). I want a gaming computer, but I want to use Ubuntu as my everyday computer.

So, has anybody tried Ubuntu on a Dell Inspiron 660 or a XPS 8500?
