Is there any tool or some workaround to sync astrid-tasks with Ubuntu? There is an app for Wunderlist but it does not meet my needs. The tasks should be available offline, so a webapp is not what I am looking for.

It doesn't look like they're going to be an offline client : Astrid forrum : Create a Ubuntu client. But you can check a Google Task client since Astrid can sync with it. – NorTicUs Oct 8 '12 at 19:52
