This is not a bug. I used KDE for months and I installed many things to make GTK apps look native in KDE 4. Now I upgraded to Ubuntu 12.10, but Unity does not show launcher, panel, and window decorations. This is a problem with Compiz and KDE packages I installed (like oxygen gtk theme and settings), but I don't know which ones I must remove.

you question is a bit vague - give this Q&A a try to see if resetting unity/gnome fixes your issue: askubuntu.com/questions/56313/… –  fossfreedom Oct 7 '12 at 21:38

@fossfreedom It didn't work. pastebin.com/G3Haccwj –  nastys Oct 7 '12 at 22:15

this looks like a graphics driver issue - and possibly a bug with compiz - you should add details of your graphics card and driver. –  fossfreedom Oct 7 '12 at 22:27

ATI radeon HD 3650, and it doesn't work with both fglrx and mesa driver. It look like my compiz install is corrupted or doesn't like some packages I installed. –  nastys Oct 8 '12 at 6:02
