I want to Upgrad from ubuntu 12.4 to 12.10 ?? I tried from this suit but it doesn't work.. please help.

Press Alt+F2 or launch terminal and type update-manager -d then . You will see button for upgrade in update-manager window when it run.

you can just wait til 18 October they will release the official 12.10 and it will deliver to your update manager so you take it safely and without those beta bugs ;)
