I got the error while installing Ubuntu using Wubi in window 7 the error is something like this enter image description here

Try running the wubi installer as administrator ( right-click on it and click on Run As Administrator). – William Oct 5 '12 at 13:35

Add exception or allow exception ti your antivirus to add wubi. If you once added exception it will surely allow to install wubi... Have a fun ...:) – user1472037 Mar 19 at 16:51
