I cannot access the "add to panel" menu in Ubuntu 12.04 Gnome classic (no effects), I tried both with ALT + right click and ALT + WIN + right click, but the menu does not appear. Would you have any suggestion?

I need it because the list of current open windows at the bottom of the page disappeared.

Welcome to AskUbuntu. Try Meta+Alt+Rightclick at top panel and add New Panel. I've try. – penreturn Oct 1 '12 at 18:34

Found the problem, I had setup a key binding for the WIN button, once I found and removed it, WIN + ALT + RightClick started working.
