Using Ubuntu 12.04 . From few days on wards I am getting this message in my all three Terminals(General,Konsole,Xfce terminal) . I am even unable to understand that so posting here .

A quick search for 'Use of uninitialized value in split' indicates this is a Perl bug. Are you using the version from the repos, and have you made any customizations to it? – Tom Brossman Sep 29 '12 at 17:23
yes but i haven't completed the installation i have stopped it in middle because of my slow net . – Jai Sep 29 '12 at 17:29
