how to set config of a newly added system call while recompiling? i dont know what to do really..I need to change or append the file config-3.2.0.23 for my linux kernel but i donot know what to set or add..my syscall name is syscall lets say linux system

A forum is for discussion, this is a Q&A site ;) The question on setting syscall is already answered a few times. Keep in mind that there are other ways to communicate with the kernel, there is limited space for syscalls. – Lekensteyn Sep 29 '12 at 15:51
