I just signed up for a Ubuntu One account and installed the client on Windows. I can access Ubuntu One via Firefox with that account without any problem. However on Windows my login is always rejected. If I try to reset my password, I'm told my e-mail address is unknown.

I tried to reboot, uninstall the client, reboot, try login, reboot again, try again -- to no avail.
