I recently started having troubles with my Ubuntu 12.04 machine's wired connection. It will go for periods where it is working completely fine then it will stop working while other machines connected to the network still have a connection.

I have tried uninstalling Realtek r8169 and installed r8168-8.032, but I am still noticing this problem. The output of ifconfig:

I downloaded Wicd and replaced my network manager with it. Each time I log on I have issues with the Internet, but after disconnecting and reconnecting it works without any problems.
