I recently installed Ubuntu along side Windows off a hard drive. I can run Ubuntu fine, but it doesn't ask me whether to start up with Windows or Ubuntu, and I can't find any Windows files inside Ubuntu. I might take it to tech repairs. Can anyone help me?

Try holding shift as soon as you go past the BIOS. – ObsessiveSSOℲ Sep 18 '12 at 19:53
One possibility is the menu you would normally see is not displaying properly. If you get an "Out of Range" error while booting, this is surely the case. See askubuntu.com/questions/161297/… for how to fix it. – user68186 Sep 18 '12 at 21:16
