I'm having a problem now that I've installed Wubi, and rebooted. Once it rebooted, logged into windows 7, all I get is a black screen with a cursor, unable to use Windows 7 unless in safe mode. I tried uninstalling Ubuntu, the issue still occurs. I have a Ati graphics card. Here's my pc specs: http://prntscr.com/f52bm

Wubi should not affect Windows after Windows has already booted. You may get better answers to your question (which is mostly Windows-specific) on superuser.com – izx Sep 8 '12 at 13:03
