I write for commenting that rhythmbox cuts the lower part of the letters

as you can see, it cuts the lower part of the p and g.

Question

Is it possible to correct that behaviour?

It's a bug, a ridiculous one, and a shame it hasn't been fixed yet. See bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/rhythmbox/+bug/811475 – Cumulus007 Sep 5 '12 at 19:57
