Possible Duplicate:
What should I do when Ubuntu freezes?
Cannot get ubuntu to load in any way on my pc. Freeze on login

I'm new to Ubuntu and set up dual-boot on my computer and just downloaded it. When I get to the log in screen everything freezes. My keyboard doesn't work, I can't move my mouse at all. I have been reading around to try the text log in but I can't use to the keyboard to access it.

What can I do to try to fix it?
