I'm facing a problem installing (SILC Secure Internet Live Conferencing) on 10.04. It says you should go the usual procedure while installing silc but when I reach the make step it faces some errors:

make[2]: Entering directory `/home/lucifer/Downloads/silc-client-1.1.8/apps/irssi'
make[2]: *** No rule to make target `install'. Stop.
make[2]: Leaving directory `/home/lucifer/Downloads/silc-client-1.1.8/apps/irssi'
make[1]: *** [install-recursive] Error 1
make[1]: Leaving directory `/home/lucifer/Downloads/silc-client-1.1.8/apps'
make: *** [install-recursive] Error 1

What is the problem?

Is it going to be running as an individual program or it's going to patched on IRC Chat?
