I've been following this guide on how to mimick a wingpanel using a gnome classic panel.
However, it seems that the dconf-editor will not effectuate a delay of more than 10000ms in 12.04 -- any value above that makes the panel hide immediately.
Is there a known workaround for this that I could possibly use? I would like for the panel to not hide for hours, not seconds.
