Connected my 3G mobile via USB, unable to get speeds up to 100KBps, I used to get similar high speeds in older version of Ubuntu.

Currently using 12.04 LTS and only able to get speeds up to 15kbps.

No LSB modules are available.

It might be temporary problem with signal / gsm operator. Test with other device or OS. –  Web-E Aug 20 '12 at 15:31
