English is not my mother language, so i hope you can read me

I'm making a app with java and netbeans 6.8 in ubuntu 10.04 gnome. I use that app everyday the strange thing is that when I compile a new version and run it there is no change. It shows up the old content but i'm sure that i replaced the file using nautilus, using an application launcher , Alt+F2 still no change

But when i run it with netbeans or terminal or with a different user it works normally May be there is a cache of this program in some where.

The last straw was when delete the file and then compile and run it, start working bad i think, the cache try to update it and something go wrong, just half-update and now is unusable.

This app use to run at the start of my session and is very annoying to run it from terminal and make "disown" and "bg every time" :/ any idea?

Hope some one can help me =3
