Whenever a mouse is placed on any of the icons in the side launcher. I get rid black box which has the name of the icon inside it in white letters. It really annoys me. Please help me get rid of it. I was able to reduce the size before but iam unable to do that as well. Please Help me.

What OS do you have and which version is? Also, have you installed a theme or is the default? I was able to reduce the size before And how did you do? – Lucio Aug 18 '12 at 21:42
