I saw that you can change the BIOS screen of ThinkPads.

This is the README from the Windows BIOS update utility:

 *  1. THE IMAGE FILE SIZE IS LIMITED TO 30KB.                        *

Is there any way to do this from Ubuntu? I do not have Windows installed.
