This question should instead be filed as a bug report, and as such is off-topic, thanks! Instructions on filing a bug report are here. – Jorge Castro Aug 15 '12 at 5:11
You need to update your Ubuntu , guessed from image since Apport is currently at 2.0.1-0ubuntu12. – atenz Aug 15 '12 at 5:29

According to the excerpt below from the default of papercut (found at ), you are likely to find the log file (if any) at /usr/local/share/papercut/logs/papercut.log .

# full path for where Papercut will store the log file
log_path = "/usr/local/share/papercut/logs/"
# the actual log filename
log_file = log_path + "papercut.log"
