I've just upgrade a HP server from 9.04 to 12.04 server LTS, the only difference is that I added raid 5. I've check kernel.log syslog dmesg there don't seems to be a kernel panic or halt statement.
How and what do i check further? The server is in my DC, and i am currently at home.. can't reboot it till tomorrow.
