Total Ubuntu-noob here. alert

Okey, so I got a fresh install of Ubuntu (12.04) to develop my webpages locally. I like to use other computers for developing (not the Ubuntu-server) so I've shared my webserver-folders.

Problem is that now I need to login with \\SERVERNAME\SERVER-ADMIN-USERNAME and my Ubuntu-userpassword in order to access my shared folders i Windows. This is not such a big problem, but some of the people I live with would like to access the folder too.

So, what I need help with is: How do I set up my shared folder so any user can access it as long as he/she enters the correct password? I want to be able to set this password for each folder seperatly, so if I some day want to share something else, I can use another password for this.

Is this possible with Ubuntu? Like I said in the first line, I am a total new-beginner when it comes to Ubuntu. Minimal experience.

EDIT: I would be very nice if I did not have to add everyone to a group or something, I know this is possible. This is how I am currently sharing my folder.
