Mine is a Gigabyte GA-MA74GMT-S2 (rev. 1.3) AM3 socket with AMD PHENOM II X2 555 processor, all 32-bit. I installed Ubuntu 12.04 LTS. Installation was successful but after some time I get the message:

[hardware error]:machine check:processor context corrupt
kernel panic:not syncing:fatal machine check on current CPU
fire fox tainted.....then
call trace starts...

Finally:

panic occurred, switching back to text console.

I was using Windows 7 Ultimate and again tried to install as dual OS by Ubuntu 12.04 LTS. It had not worked properly and given kernel panics such as mother board and processor not syncing and killing init. So I tried to install only Ubuntu 12.04 LTS by removing Windows 7.

Please provide the solution or reason to make it ready.
