I have the same problems as several others. I can't get past the authentication on the Windows client.
Authentication keeps failing! I have reset the password via the Ubuntu One website; I'm 100% sure I'm using the right username and password, but when setting up the Windows client it doesn't accept the username/password. When trying to reset password from the client it says, as mentioned above, "Sorry we did not recognize the email address".
