My laptop screen is broken so i connected it to my lg tv with hdmi after installing ubuntu with a usb stick. The tv worked fine as a monitor until rebooted my laptop.
I went to bios and set first boot to hdd and when I start my laptop it shows the start up animation in low resolution and after about 5sec screen turns black and the tv itself says Check cable signal ...
So isnt there a key combination like alt + ? + ? So i can change my screen output to hdmi instead of the broken laptop screen.
As I cant see anything now on my laptop or TV screen I also cant open any menus etc
