Ask Ubuntu is a question and answer site for Ubuntu users and developers. It's 100% free, no registration required.

I recently had trouble with Thunderbird reading my start up files and could not figure how to download the folder from my Ubuntu one site.

I was afraid that if I just let it sinc it would overwrite the one on Ubuntu one that I knew was a good one.

I can't figure out how to download a file or a folder.

Thanks for any help in advace. B

You can download your files from http://one.ubuntu.com

On the right of each file there is a link called more.

Click on this link and you will see the options you need
