Can I not load Ubuntu with out a Windows o/s? I've tried loading the disc that I created but it will not load on the laptop that is having the o/s issues.

In the BIOS setup, in the boot order. Set the CD-ROM as the first boot device. Make the hard disk the second boot device. |
