I'm using Ubuntu 12.04 and started to install some Java based programs. None of them uses my system fonts. I have set my system fonts to 175% font size to make them readable for my eyes but all Java programs seem to completely ignore my settings.

So, how to configure the general Java settings on Ubuntu 12.04?

Have you tried Universal Access, under System Settings? – Mitch Jul 26 '12 at 12:51
