I have installed rabbitvcs with apt-get, but nothing appears when I right-click on a versionned folder.

What am I missing ?

You need to logout and login for Nautilus extensions to work. –  izx Jul 24 '12 at 11:02
I tried, I even restarted. Nothing. :( –  Manu Jul 24 '12 at 11:13
What version of Ubuntu are you using? when you say through apt-get do you mean that you added the ppa:rabbitvcs/ppa or through synaptic? what package did you install ie rabbitvcs-nautilus3? –  CoalaWeb Jul 24 '12 at 11:27
not the ppa. I thought rabbitcsv was included now ? –  Manu Jul 24 '12 at 13:40
I did find "rabbitvcs-nautilus", not "rabbitvcs-nautilus3" :( –  Manu Jul 24 '12 at 14:03

I got it to work using the ppa, not the official repos :

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:rabbitvcs/ppa

#don't forget
sudo apt-get update

sudo apt-get install rabbitvcs-nautilus3

... I don't know what's in the official repositories, but it doesn't work.

and you will need to re-read the nautilus config

ps auxw|grep nautilus
kill -HUP <processid>

When I check my synaptic list I have the rabbittvcs-nautilus3 and the rabbittvcs-core installed just out of curiosity if you open up your synaptic and search for rabbitvcs what did you end up with? oh and your second apt-get is missing the second b in rabbit. –  CoalaWeb Jul 25 '12 at 7:35
+1. I Can confirm this works on 12.04. I had previously installed rabbitvcs-nautilus from the default repository, but nothing was showing in Nautilus. After installing rabbitvcs-nautilus3 from the ppa above everthing was working fine (no need to uninstall the previously installed rabbitvcs-nautilus) –  ltn100 Dec 18 '12 at 16:11
I confirm this answer works great I tryied synaptic and it did not work at all –  sandino May 24 '13 at 20:18
