I'm using Ubuntu 11.10. I just made an upgrade. Once done, I restarted the computer and since then unity desktop doesn't start.

I get the classic window asking for user-name and password, when I enter them, the system accepts them but doesn't start, I get the same window asking for user-name and password infinitely.
