Ask Ubuntu is a question and answer site for Ubuntu users and developers. It's 100% free, no registration required.

I already installed minimal Ubuntu server (command line only), using about half the disk space. When I tried to install Ubuntu to make a dual boot, however, it can't see the server install or partitions. I would have expected this from Windows, but not Linux. These are both the latest releases. Any idea what I might be doing wrong?
