What software are you using? – Mitch Jul 21 '12 at 10:33
I've tried K3B and Brasero – John Hodges Jul 21 '12 at 10:35
Any error massages? What type DVD writer do you have? – Mitch Jul 21 '12 at 11:02

Why not try to use leawo dvd creator or Xilisoft dvd burner to help you. Personally I prefer leawo dvd burner, faster and safer. It works well on my computer. I have use the program to burn the hanna video to dvd easliy. Hope it can help you. If you also have some problem, you can contract me.

Downvote: Both are Windows only programs, not a wise option to use under Ubuntu. – Javier Rivera Nov 29 '12 at 10:15
