I have two Wi-Fi adapters. I am running Ubuntu Server 12.04 LTS as guest using VirtualBox and I configured the VM to use one of the adapters in bridged mode. The other is connected solely to the host.

I have been experiencing speed issues ever since I connected both of them together. The reason that I want to use two adapters is because whenever I start transferring data using shared folders to the guest OS, the adapter automatically disconnects from the network after a while.

The two Adapters are TP-Link WN727N and Ralink RT2070. Can someone please explain to me how I can configure the two adapters so that the host and guest both use one adapter each. Also the virtual box guest additions is not working..... at boot I can see in the long list of status and reports something like :

VirtualBox Guest Additions start.............................fail!

Can someone please help me?
