I'm hearing cracks and noises when watching a movie or listening to music. This mostly happens when I open a new window or browse with firefox (when pages load, etc). My sound card is an E-MU 1212m. I think the problem started after getting a new video card. But I'm not sure where to begin with. I've changed slots, messed with IRQs but nothing.
