My Samsung r355c doesn't mount when connected via USB. It shows up as "Qualcomm Inc. Mass storage device" when I run lsusb, but doesn't show up anywhere else I've looked.

I'm running 12.04 on a Fujitsu Lifebook 4220

The output of lsusb is:

Bus 001 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0002 Linux Foundation 2.0 root hub
Bus 002 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0002 Linux Foundation 2.0 root hub

Please help.
