Even I disable or delete the service in startup applications, I found them again on next reboot. I've noticed the issue as both services eat my CPU in system monitor. It must there be something in applications' configuration that re-enables autostart someway. Can anyone help me to find it out?

I already answered your very similar question a few days ago. Go into the browser's advanced settings and disable Continue running background apps when Google Chrome is closed. – user25656 Jul 16 '12 at 7:30
Okay, but it might have been better to continue there itself. – user25656 Jul 16 '12 at 7:34
Anyway, could you edit the question to include what you see when you type about: in the address bar and hit enter? – user25656 Jul 16 '12 at 7:36
That's okay. Do you have any notifications for GMail or messaging or similar stuff set up? May those things are causing Chrome/Chromium to launch? And what about a list of the extensions you installed? Do you have the problem when all extensions are disabled? – user25656 Jul 16 '12 at 7:42
Good strike! I have: Gnome Gmail Open Office Configurator and gm-notify. – jasmines Jul 16 '12 at 7:44
